About Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum
Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum is located at No. 187, Zhushan Middle Road, Zhushan District, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of approximately 9,753 square meters. It is a science and technology special museum on traditional crafts and is an institution affiliated with Jingdezhen Royal Kiln Museum. Created in October 1997. In August 1998, it co-located with the Jingdezhen Ceramic Archeology Institute, implementing two brands and one set of people. It was officially opened on November 18 of the same year. On January 17, 2013, "Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum" was renamed "Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum". In October 2016, construction of a new museum began and repairs to ancient buildings were carried out. On May 18, 2021, the reconstruction and repair of Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum was completed and reopened.
