A must-see, but not a place to rush through. The Terracotta Warriors are one of the places most travelers have heard about before coming to Xi’an. But seeing them in person is completely different. When I guide guests here, I don’t just point out where to take photos. I explain the background, the scale of the pits, the details of the soldiers, and why this discovery still surprises people from all over the world. This site can feel overwhelming if you visit alone. There is a lot to see, and the story behind it is huge. That is why I like helping guests understand it step by step — so they don’t just “see” the warriors, but actually understand why they matter.
