Harbin Urban and Rural Planning Exhibition Hall is a secondary budget unit under the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning. It is located in Harbin. It comprehensively uses sound and light technology to display the city's history and culture, construction achievements, and development vision. In December 2021, it was selected as a candidate group for the Youth Civilization of the Natural Resources System.
