About Volga Manor
Volga Manor is located on the banks of the Ash River in the suburbs of Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, covering an area of more than 600,000 square meters. It is a national AAAA-level cultural tourist attraction with the theme of Russian culture based on the history of Harbin, a Sino-Russian cultural exchange base, a creation base of the Russian Artists Association, and an international exchange center of Moscow State University.
