About Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Museum
Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Museum is located at No. 608, Ganjiang North Avenue, Honggutan District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a key construction project decided to invest in by the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government. Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Museum consists of the main exhibition hall, children's science park, universe theater, international conference hall, Qingyun Hall and Century Square. There are nearly 260 exhibits (sets) in three major subject areas: basic disciplines, applied technology and modern science and technology. The old Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Museum started construction in April 2000 and was completed and opened in September 2002, with a construction area of 16,000 square meters.
