About Luoyang Wanli Tea Ceremony Museum
Luoyang Wanli Tea Ceremony Museum is located at No. 171 Jiudu East Road, Laocheng District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, China. It will officially open on April 21, 2023. The museum was built based on the ancient building complex of Luoyang Shanshan Guild Hall, which was built during the Kangxi and Yongzheng years of the Qing Dynasty. It now has Qing Dynasty palace-style buildings such as glazed screen walls, hanging flower mountain gates, and east-west gallery rooms, with a total construction area of more than 5,000 square meters. The museum building complex was originally an office for commercial activities in Luo built with funds raised by merchants of the Qin and Jin Dynasties. The overall layout maintains the official architectural regulations of the Qing Dynasty, with exquisite wood and stone carvings.
