About WorldSkills Museum(缩写:WSM) 3
The WorldSkills Museum (abbreviated as WSM) is the world's first vocational skills museum located in the west building of the former Yong'an Inn site in the Yangpu Bridge Riverside area of Yangpu District, Shanghai. It is jointly built by the WorldSkills Organization, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. The contract was signed to start construction on June 12, 2018, and it will be officially opened for free on November 7, 2023. The main building of the museum is a four-story twin warehouse with beamless floors built in 1921. The original cement brushed facade is completely preserved on the west side, and the east side exterior wall is made of wire mesh glass with replica patterns.
