About Nanchang Red Memory Exhibition Hall

Nanchang Red Memory Exhibition Hall is located in Donghu District, Nanchang City. It is the first non-state-owned museum in Nanchang City and adopts the "public-subsidized and privately-run" model. Its building is a three-story brick building with a combination of Chinese and Western styles built in the 1940s. It was formerly the administrative building of the former Nanchang Film Company and is a cultural protection unit of Nanchang City. The building was completely preserved during the renovation of the old city in 2017. After protective repairs in 2018, it was officially opened to the public as the Red Memory Exhibition Hall in January 2019. The exhibition in the museum is themed "Red Flag". Through four major exhibition areas including "Red Flag Source", more than a thousand cultural relics, pictures, etc. are displayed, and VR technology is used to enhance the visiting experience.
