About Interlaken Town

Interlaken is a Swiss Alps-style mountain tourist town located in the Chaxi Valley Scenic Area of OCT in the east of Yantian District, Shenzhen City. Developed and constructed by OCT Group, it captures architectural, floral and painted elements from Interlaken, Switzerland and other places, achieving a combination of Central and European mountain architectural styles and natural landscapes. The town has theme streets, forest trains, resort hotels, hot springs, theaters and other facilities. As part of the Eastern Overseas Chinese Town project, the town was opened on a trial basis with the first phase of the project on July 28, 2007. Since then, the project has continued to undergo upgrades. For example, in 2024, its construction planning permit indicators were changed.
