About Wan'an Mountain Colorful Grand Canyon

Wan'an Mountain Colorful Grand Canyon is located about 3 kilometers south of the intersection of Xuanzang Road and Xingye Road in Yibin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The core area is 5 kilometers long and covers an area of about 177 hectares. The canyon is based on the unique Danxia landform. The rocks are oxidized to form red, yellow, purple and other colorful colors due to the oxidation of iron elements. Through erosion by flowing water, more than 20 natural landscapes such as exotic stones and Lion's Roar Peak have been formed. The scenic area builds tourist trails and observation decks according to the mountains, equipped with glass suspension bridges, shouting springs, flying ladders, alpine slides, flying magic carpets and other experience facilities, and follows the original ecological development concept to protect rare plants such as yew.
