About Shengjin Tower Historical and Cultural District
Shengjin Tower Historical and Cultural Street is located in Xihu District, Nanchang City, with a total land area of 176 acres, a planned construction area of 220,000 square meters, and a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. The neighborhood uses the Shengjin Pagoda of the Tang Dynasty (the existing building was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty) as its cultural foundation. It integrates the blessing culture, intangible cultural heritage folk customs and modern commercial formats to create a "Jiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage and Beautiful Living Block". The building complex adopts the antique Jiangnan style, with gray tile sloping roof design. There are 9 independent antique buildings on the ground connected in series by corridors, restoring the "Tang style and Song Dynasty" street texture.
