About Xili Tower
Xilita is a tower located along the ecological leisure circle and greenway around Xili Lake in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The tower was built in 1984, with a height of about 32 meters and a total of 7 floors. It adopts the Chinese classical architectural style and has an antique octagonal cornice shape. Its original function was as a "water affairs lookout post" for the Xili Reservoir. From the tower, you can overlook Xili Lake and Balcony Mountain. Sirita has been closed since the mid-1990s due to upgraded water conservation controls. In June 2026, Sirita was officially opened to the public free of charge after renovation. Its specific address is Jinyue Villa (300 meters west of Qinyuan Road), Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. You can take bus 49, 66, B797, M460, M492; or take Metro Line 7 to Exit B of Xilihu Station and walk there.
