About Mt. Moji
Moji Mountain is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in the central city of Yichang, Hubei Province. It consists of six peaks. The main peak is 217 meters above sea level, 162 meters higher than the Binjiang Park across the river. The mountain stretches for 2.5 kilometers, and together with the Yangtze River, it forms a natural framework of mountains and rivers. Its forest coverage rate reaches 90%, with more than 300 species of plants such as citrus and cypress. It currently has a 121-hectare Mojishan Forest Park, which includes an aerial observation deck, a riverside pedestrian promenade and other facilities. The top of the mountain overlooks the panoramic view of Yichang city and the Yangtze River, Gezhouba and other landscapes. To the east, you can see the Yiling Yangtze River Bridge with thousands of sails competing.
