About Wuxiang Lake Park

Wuxiang Lake Park in Nanning is located on Daming Road in Liangqing District, Nanning, situated in the core area of the Wuxiang New Area. It borders the land occupied by major public welfare projects in the autonomous region—such as the Guangxi Planning Museum and the Guangxi Art Museum—to the north, the Guangxi Sports Center to the east, and Wuxiangling Forest Park to the west. The park covers a total area of 122 hectares (65 hectares of land and 57 hectares of water), and it was completed and opened in August 2013. It served as the venue for the Third Guangxi Horticultural Expo. Guided by the core concept of “A Story of the Water City, With Deep Roots,” the park features a layout comprising “one lake, two axes, six zones, and six scenic spots,” incorporating thematic landscapes such as “Splendid Eight Gui” and “The Charm of the Zhuang Ethnic Region.
