About Jufangyuan
Jufangyuan is an ordinary residential community located on Lujing Road, Yuexiu District. It was completed in 2000 and is managed by Guangzhou Yuntian Property Management Co., Ltd. The community consists of 4 towers, with a total number of 91 households and a property right period of 70 years. Surrounding the community are commercial facilities such as Baixin Plaza and Blue Coast Leisure Club, as well as financial service institutions such as Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Transportation is close to Xiaobei Station of Metro Line 5. On January 15, 2022, Guangzhou Bus Group launched the "Luhu Park-Xiaobei Subway Station" cultural and tourism special line, stopping at Jufang Garden on the way. There is a Yuexiu Luhu air quality monitoring station in Luhu Jufang Garden.
