About ChengShiYangTai

City Balcony is located in the core area of Lingshan Bay Tourist Resort. It is the largest social welfare project on the west coast of Qingdao. It is jointly invested, constructed and managed by Huangdao Development Group. It covers a total area of 1,075 acres and is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. As the first large-scale free public welfare urban leisure park in Qingdao, the coastal part of the city balcony is the Lingshan Bay Bathing Beach. During the high temperature period in the summer of 2025, the number of tourists at Lingshan Bay Bathing Beach surged on the first weekend after its opening. The Maritime Tourism (Phase I) project simultaneously operated mass tourism projects such as speedboats, drift boats, and dynamic airships, and was equipped with movable floating docks to adapt to tidal changes.
