About Wengu Manor

Wengu Manor is located on Wenbo Road, Longgang District, Shenzhen, adjacent to the Wenbo Palace and Yinhushan Country Park. It is a residential community and European-style check-in point including single-family, duplex and townhouses. The project was developed and constructed by Shenzhen Damao Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of 70,136.87 square meters and a total of 73 buildings. Wengu Manor is part of the second phase of the China Food Culture City project. The land is used for tourism, vacation and greening, and the land use period is from 1998 to 2048. Its 40 buildings with a total of 120 villas are registered under one property certificate. The developer, Shenzhen Damao Co., Ltd., was administratively punished in February 2026 for constructing in Wengu Manor without obtaining a construction project planning permit.
