About Shun Hing Square
Shenzhen Diwang Building is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. It is also known as "Xinxing Plaza". The architectural plan was designed by American Chinese architect Guoyan Zhang. It is a super high-rise comprehensive building group integrating offices and commerce. It was a key project in China in the early 1990s. The building was completed in March 1996. It was an important landmark building erected in the Shenzhen Special Administrative Region in the mid-1990s. It was also the tallest building in China at that time. The name "King of Land" comes from its unique geographical location: the area is located in the golden triangle at the intersection of Shenzhen Shennan East Road, Baoan South Road and Jiefang Middle Road. It is hailed by the real estate industry as the King of Land for investment.
