About Shenzhen Central Park
Shenzhen Central Park is located in the central area of Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 1.168 million square meters (approximately 147 hectares). It is distributed in a long and narrow north-south direction, bordered by Beacon Hill in the north and Binhe Avenue in the south. It is about 2.5 kilometers long from north to south and about 800 meters wide at its widest point from east to west, so it was formerly known as the "800-meter green isolation belt". The park was formerly a green isolation belt. It was converted into a municipal park and opened to the public on September 28, 1999. The outer periphery is composed of sparse forest lawns of palm plants, forming a unique and quiet space among the high-rise buildings in the Huaqiangbei business district.
