About Bank of Taiwan Building
The Bank of Taiwan Building was built in 1924 and covers an area of 904 square meters. It has a reinforced concrete structure with a modern Japanese Western style. At the same time, it widely draws on the strengths of architecture from various countries. For example, the east facade is equipped with four European classical columns, giving the building a European classical style. The former Bank of Taiwan building at No. 16 on the Bund has been renovated in recent years.
