About Shanghai Circus World

Shanghai Circus City is located at No. 2266 Gonghe New Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. It is adjacent to Daning Jiuguang Department Store on the south side and Daning Lingshi Park on the north side. It was completed and opened in 1999 and covers an area of 2.25 hectares. It is a comprehensive performing arts center integrating culture, sports and entertainment functions. It is known as the "First Circus City in China". The main building is an acrobatic arena equipped with a rotating stage and a composite lifting stage, and its golden dome has a unique shape. The acrobatic field has a 1,638-seat auditorium and a high-altitude horse track, which can be used for three-dimensional performances. It is also equipped with facilities such as a rehearsal building and an animal room. In 2005, Shanghai Time and Space Journey Cultural Development Co., Ltd.
