About Woody’s Roundup
Woody Cowboy Carnival is an amusement project in the "Disney·Pixar Toy Story" theme park of Shanghai Disneyland. The project opened with the new park on April 26, 2018. It is an exclusive ride specially designed and implemented for Shanghai Disneyland. Its name comes from the character Sheriff Woody in the "Toy Story" series of movies. Visitors can take a nostalgic Western carriage pulled by a pony and dance to cheerful music such as "Woody Music Collection". This project recreates the western town and ranch scenes of "Woody" in "Toy Story 2" and pays homage to the classic "show within a show". There are a total of 22 ponies in the project (11 male horses and 11 mares), each of which has its own name tag. The male and female horses have detailed differences in appearance, making distinguishing between male and female horses a hidden pleasure for tourists.
