About Roaring Mountain
Lei Mingshan, male, Han nationality, born in September 1961, is from Hequ, Shanxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1985 and started working in April 1977. He graduated with a master's degree in political economics from the Institute of Economics of Nankai University and is a senior economist. He once served as Chairman and Party Secretary of China Three Gorges Corporation.
