About Shaolin Temple Martial Arts College

Henan Shaolin Martial Arts Hall (formerly known as Henan Songshan Shaolin Temple Martial Arts Hall) is a public institution under the jurisdiction of the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. It was jointly built in 1988 by the former National Tourism Administration and the Henan Provincial People's Government. It is located in the Songshan Shaolin Temple Scenic Area in Dengfeng City, Zhengzhou City. It is my country's first Shaolin Kungfu professional talent training base and global martial arts cultural exchange window for recruiting students at home and abroad. With the inheritance of Shaolin Kung Fu culture as its core, the museum carries out services such as martial arts performances, international exchanges, intangible cultural heritage, and research and training. It has five major functional areas including a teaching and training area and a cultural exhibition area.
