About Hongzhuan Street Morning Market
Hongzhuan Street Morning Market is located between Tongjiang Street and Jingwei Street, Hongzhuan Street, Daoli District, Harbin City, less than 200 meters away from the Central Street Scenic Area. It was moved from Tongjiang Hutong to its current location in 2003. The morning market is 487 meters long and has nearly 300 stalls. It was initially a daily shopping place for surrounding residents. Later, it attracted tourists due to the market atmosphere. The passenger flow increased significantly starting from the ice and snow season in 2023, and the daily passenger flow during the summer of 2024 climbed to more than 7,000 people. In December 2025, there was a large influx of tourists from the south, and merchants launched innovative meals such as mini set meals, slap-shaped biscuits, and blind boxes of mutton soup to meet the demand, and a phenomenon of cultural fusion emerged.
