About Neo World Of Shanghai Shanghai XinTianDi 7
Shanghai Xintiandi is a leisure pedestrian street located in Huangpu District, Shanghai. It was built in 2001 by Hong Kong Shui On Group. This area is renovated based on the old Shikumen building area. The exterior and historical features of the building are preserved through the "save the exterior and remove the interior" technique, forming a commercial space integrating catering, shopping, and performing arts functions. It is divided into the north side with traditional Shikumen style and the south side with modern architecture. The Taipingqiao old area reconstruction project was launched in the 1990s. It was planned and designed by American designer Benjamin Wood. In 2020, it was selected as one of Shanghai's top ten new landmark buildings. In 2025, the Dongtaili commercial complex will be expanded, adding 88,000 square meters of open space and a 6,500-square-meter panoramic canopy.
