About Red Town
A.F.A Shanghai Rongqiao Center is a commercial complex located at No. 570 Huaihai West Road, Changning District, Shanghai, with a total construction area of approximately 230,000 square meters. It was developed by Rongqiao Group and was formerly the site of the Shanghai No. 10 Steel Plant built in 1956. The project consists of a ROJO art space, a 50,000-square-meter shopping mall, and a 100,000-square-meter Grade A office building. It is equipped with 1,000 parking spaces. It is about 150 meters away from the Hongqiao Road Station of the rail transit and is located at the junction of Changning, Xuhui, and Jing'an districts.
