About Guangxi Revolution Memorial Hall
The Guangxi Revolution Memorial Hall is located above the central axis of the Guangxi Martyrs Cemetery (No. 256, Changyi Road, Qingxiu District, Nanning City), adjacent to the Guangxi Medicinal Botanical Garden. It is a core place for carrying out revolutionary traditional education, patriotism education, and youth national defense education. The main building of the museum was built in 1978. Its predecessor was the Nanning Foziling Revolutionary Cemetery established in 1961. In 1986, it was renamed the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Martyrs Cemetery with the approval of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region. Comrade Deng Xiaoping inscribed the name of the museum in September of the same year. In February 2019, the "Guangxi Revolution Memorial Hall" sign was added. It now has a total construction area of 5,600 square meters.
