About Dongwang Grand Canyon
Dongwang Grand Canyon is located in Dongwang Township, Shangri-La City, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a new Yunnan-Sichuan channel connecting Yunnan and Sichuan. The canyon is located in the cross-fault zone of the river valley. The mountains in the valley are high, the water is fast, and the ravines are crisscrossed. There are steep cliffs on both sides of the canyon, and the road is built along the bottom of the cliffs. The river water at the bottom of the valley is like flowing emerald. The scenery of the canyon is magnificent, but you need to be careful of landslides and debris along the way.
