About Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum
The Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum is located at No. 2, Courtyard 2, Lingyuan West Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. The museum covers an area of 2,588 square meters, with a construction area of 3,826 square meters and an exhibition area of 800 square meters. It is a national first-level museum on social science historical topics. In the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1909), the Guangdong Consultative Bureau was established. On December 22, in the third year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1911), the construction was completed. The Guangdong Consultative Bureau is the original site of the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum. In May 1958, with the approval of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Committee, preparations were officially made to build the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum.
