The Memorial Hall of the Site of the Third National Congress of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 3 Xiguyuan Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It consists of the Site Square of the Third National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Chunyuan (including No. 24 and No. 26 Chunyuan), the former site of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Historical Exhibition Hall of the Three National Congresses of the Communist Party of China and Building 5 of the Old Residential House. It covers an area of 5,000 square meters, with a construction area of 2,700 square meters and an exhibition area of 854 square meters. After the renovation and expansion in 2020, the construction area of the historical exhibition hall increased to 2,305 square meters, with an additional construction area of 1,473.68 square meters.
