About Xiuling Shiju
Xiuling World Residence is located in Caoduiling Village, Xiuxin Community, Kengzi Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It is one of the Huang Hakka villages distributed along the Apomingli River. It was founded by Huang Ruihong and Huang Ruizhong, the fourth generation ancestors of the Huang family, around the 59th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1794). It has a layout of three halls and four horizontals, and is beautifully constructed. The wood carvings on both sides of the hall are very exquisite. There are three doors on the left, middle and right for entering and exiting the enclosed house. The turrets on both sides have been destroyed. Judging from the layout of the enclosed house and the area of the front terrace and moon pool, it is estimated that the enclosed house is not small in size.
