About Longwan World Residence

Longwan World Residence is located in Dashuiwan Village, Longtian Community, Kengzi Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It was built in the 46th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. It is a symmetrical enclosed house with three halls, four corner towers, a watchtower and a surrounding dragon (the rear surrounding dragon is a half-moon shape). It faces 40 degrees south-east, with a width of 70.5 meters and a depth of 84.57 meters. It has a construction area of 5962.2 square meters and an area of about 6400 square meters. It is built with Sanhe soil.
