About Heshan County Museum

Heshan Museum is a local comprehensive museum in Heshan City, Guangdong Province. It was established in April 1989. Its original location is located at No. 45 Renmin East Road, Shaping Town. It covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 3,160 square meters and an exhibition area of 1,706 square meters. The building includes a 4-story main building, a 3-story auxiliary building, and a 2-story back building. It is covered with green glazed tiles on the top and beige Taishan bricks on the walls. The style is elegant and simple. The new museum was completed and opened in the east area of the Heshan Cultural Center in Shaping Street in February 2019, with a construction area of 7,244 square meters.
