About Tong hanchuntang Museum of traditional Chinese Medicine

Tong Hanchuntang Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum is located in Yuyuan Business District, Shanghai. It is a special museum displaying traditional Chinese medicine culture. The main body is located on the fourth floor of Tonghanchuntang Old Town God's Temple Branch. It was completed and opened in 2010. It is the first such museum in the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Shanghai. The museum has four themed exhibition areas including the "Spring Warm Apricot Grove Pavilion", which displays the development history of Tong Han Chun Tang, medicinal specimens and traditional processing techniques. It also has interactive experience projects and intelligent traditional Chinese medicine experience areas. Tong Han Chun Tang was founded in 1783 (the 48th year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty) and is one of the four major pharmaceutical companies in Shanghai.
