About Nanchang Baolin Painting and Calligraphy Collection Museum
Nanchang Baolin Painting and Calligraphy Collection Museum is located at No. 41, Shili Village River Beach, Taohua Town, Xihu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a non-state-owned museum (private, non-enterprise unit) established on July 26, 2007. The legal representative is Hu Baolin. Its founder is Hu Baolin, an American overseas Chinese. It is the first private museum in Jiangxi Province. It covers an area of 4,000 square meters and has a collection of more than 1,000 pieces of historical calligraphy and painting, calligraphy and painting, ceramics, Ming and Qing furniture, etc. The museum was opened to the public with the approval of the cultural department in 2004. In 2008, it faced demolition due to urban planning, but was preserved after coordination with many parties.
