About JiaoJi Railway Museum
The Jiaoji Railway Museum is located at No. 30-1, Jingyi Road, Tianqiao District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is a thematic exhibition hall reflecting the birth and development of the Jiaoji Railway. Its main museum is the former site of Jinan Station of Jiaoji Railway built in 1915. The original Jiaoji Railway Exhibition Hall was built in 2012, expanded in 2014, and officially opened to the public on November 18, 2016. The exhibition area is divided into four themed exhibition areas: the construction background and process of the Jiaoji Railway, its impact on Shandong's social and economic development, the vicissitudes of the road, and moving towards a new era; and four thematic exhibition areas such as the past and present of Jinan's two old railway stations, the Jiaoji Railway and historical and cultural celebrities, red Jiaoji, and a century of history.
