About A Bing's former residence
A Bing's former residence, the former Lei Zun Temple Taoist Hall, is located at No. 30 Library Road, Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. A Bing was born and died here. It is an ancient architectural site from the Qing Dynasty. A Bing's former residence, the Lei Zun Hall Taoist Hall, has more than 20 original houses, including three groups of buildings: the Lei Zun Hall, the Fire God Hall, and the Yihe Mountain House. There are currently three Lei Zun Halls and six auxiliary rooms, making a total of nine rooms. In his later years, Abing lived in a small bungalow at the eastern end of the Taoist temple (a room at No. 30 Library Road). This bungalow is a hardtop, about 20 square meters. It was the living room of A Bing and his wife Dong Caidi and the place where they died one after another. The small attic inside is still in its original state.
