About Shenyang Chinese Food Culture Museum
Shenyang Huaxia Food Culture Museum is located in the Qipanshan International Scenic Tourism Development Zone in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It is a non-state-owned museum with the theme of Chinese food culture. It has four exhibition halls and a collection of 771 pieces/sets of cooking and drinking utensils, classical banquets and other cultural relics. The core exhibits include the Nine Dragons Playing with Pearls jade plate engraved with nine dragons. As a national 3A tourist attraction, the museum is open all year round. In 2011, the museum was administratively punished for occupying 549.9 square meters of collective land to build a house without approval. After the execution was completed, the land was returned and the building was demolished.
