About Arctic Village Tourism Scenic Area
The Arctic Village Scenic Area in the Greater Khingan Mountains, referred to as the Arctic Village Scenic Area, is a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction, the most attractive tourist attraction in 2014, and the northernmost tourist attraction in China. Arctic Village Tourist Scenic Area is located in Arctic Village, Beiji Town, Mohe City, Daxinganling Region, Heilongjiang Province. It is at the foot of Qixing Mountain at the northern foot of the Daxinganling Mountains. It is the only best place in China to observe the Northern Lights. It is the location of China's "First Outpost in the North" and the northernmost town in China. The villagers in the Arctic are simple, quiet and fresh, with a strong local flavor and well-preserved vegetation and ecological environment.
