About Shaoxing Chinese Sauce Culture Museum

Shaoxing Chinese Sauce Culture Museum, unified social credit code 52330603760192076U, was established on November 1, 2004. The museum is located on the bank of Ruoye Creek, Xinqiao Village, Pingshui Town, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It was founded by Shaoxing Zhiwei Food Co., Ltd. (formerly Songsheng Sauce Garden) and is China's first sauce culture museum. The business scope of the museum is "fermentation, display, research and exchange, protection and utilization of sauce culture". The legal representative is Wang Ruliang, and the business supervisory unit is the Keqiao District Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau of Shaoxing City. The museum was approved for construction in 2004. The construction plan was reviewed by experts from the Chinese Food Culture Research Association and universities, and was officially opened in December 2007.
