About World Cinema Projector Collection Museum
The World Film Projector Collection Museum is a special museum located on the third floor of Xi'an Xiying Film Art Experience Center. It has a collection of more than 300 film projectors collected from around the world. The museum was officially opened to the public on August 29, 2019 along with the Xiying Film Art Experience Center. The collection spans from the early 19th century to the 1970s, and completely presents the development process of film projection equipment from hand-cranked to electric, from wood to metal, from silent to sound, and from black and white to color.
