About Daxinzhuang Ruins Museum
Daxinzhuang Ruins Museum is the first thematic museum with the theme of Shang Dynasty ruins in Jinan City. It is located on the east side of Daxin River with a total construction area of 22,000 square meters. It consists of the main body of the ruins museum, the tourist service center and the ruins research center. The main building is a three-story structure, with six exhibition halls on the first and second floors above ground. With the theme of "Integration of Yi and Merchants, Diversity and Integration", more than 800 cultural relics such as the head of the Jade God and oracle bone inscriptions are on display, and archaeological scenes are restored through 3D animation. The museum is built based on the Daxinzhuang site, which is the largest and longest-lasting Shang Dynasty settlement site in Shandong.
