About OCT Creative Culture Park
OCT Creative Culture Park is located in the former eastern industrial zone of OCT, Shenzhen. It is located in the northeast of OCT, adjacent to Qiaocheng East Road to the east and Qiaoxiang Road to the north. It is a creative industry studio transformed from an old factory. Most of the original settled enterprises were industrial enterprises introduced in the 1980s under the "three come and one supplement" strategy.
