About Light of Lihu Lake
The Light of Lihu Lake is an attraction located at the northern end of Lihu Scenic Area in Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It is an important entrance for tourists to enter the Lihu Scenic Area. Its design is based on natural and humanistic concepts. It has a water-friendly land platform, a trestle in the lake, a viewing platform and a large lawn and flower garden. The core landscape is a 100-meter fountain in the lake, with a main spray height of 120 meters. At night, it is combined with laser lighting to form a "flying fountain sail shadow" picture. The attraction was completed and opened in October 2003. It was designed by Les, a designer from Pan Asia Yidao Company. The design of its sail sculpture was inspired by an oil painting of boating on Lake Taihu.
