About Changsha Academy of Fine Arts Museum

Changsha Painting Academy Art Museum is located in the Changsha Slip Museum compound at No. 92 Baisha Road, Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It was established on December 31, 2010. It has two brands and one institution with Changsha Painting Academy. Changsha Painting Academy is a secondary institution affiliated to the Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The museum is a three-story independent building with an exhibition area of about 850 square meters. It has regular exhibition halls, temporary exhibition halls and an art exchange center. It is open for free all year round (closed on Mondays) and is open from 9:30-17:00 daily (no entry at 16:30). The museum displays calligraphy and painting works by famous Hunan cultural artists all year round, and holds calligraphy and painting exhibitions, lectures and art promotion activities.
