The Pingjiang Uprising Memorial Hall is located in the former Tianyue Academy of the Academy Community of Hanchang Street, Pingjiang County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, within the current campus of Pingjiang County No. 1 Middle School. The museum is a state-owned museum of the cultural relics system. It was officially built in 2007 and covers an area of 3,000 square meters.
