About Licun River Park
Licun River Park is located in the west near the intersection of Maoyang Road and Jinshui Road, Jiushui Street, Licang District, Qingdao City. It is a riverside ecological landscape park built on the main stream of Licun River. After the second phase of the renovation project in 2013, the park extended from Jiushui Road to Jinshui Road, with a total length of about 2.4 kilometers. Subsequent comprehensive management expanded to a 17-kilometer waterfront green corridor. The park takes ecological and natural design concepts as its core, adopts a "garden within a garden" layout and urban greenway design, and plants cherry blossoms, peach trees, pear trees and other vegetation along the river to form a landscape with four distinct seasons. In 2024, the Senlele Children's Park will be added to the park, equipped with forest-themed amusement facilities and science popularization devices.
