About Liujiagou Town
Liujiagou Town is affiliated to Penglai District, Yantai City, Shandong Province. It is located in the northeast of Penglai District, bordering the Yellow Sea to the east, Chaoshui Town to the south, Daxindian Town to the southwest, Nanwang Street to the west, and Xingang Street to the north. The total area under its jurisdiction is 104 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the registered population of Liujiagou Town was 29,772. In the twelfth year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1673), Anxiangbao was established; in April 1984, the commune was withdrawn and Liujiagou Town was established; in January 2001, Jie Songying Town was incorporated. As of June 2020, Liujiagou Town has jurisdiction over 60 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Liujiagou Village.
