About biyunting
Biyunting is located on the top of Tiger Mountain in Qixia Mountain Scenic Area, Qixia District, Nanjing City, and is also famous as Wangjiang Pavilion. The pavilion was first built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty and was renovated into an octagonal double eaves structure in 1979. Three sides of the pavilion face cliffs, and only one side is connected to the mountain road, forming a spatial feature of "taking risks to win". When you climb up, you can overlook the scene of hundreds of boats competing in the Yangtze River. As the core attraction of Qixia Mountain, its couplet culture has been enriched through the couplet collection activity held by Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden in 2015, and now forms a scenic tour system with Dufeng Pavilion, Hongye Valley, etc.
